There are times when you will have a list of Certificate Holders in a spreadsheet or some other electronic form that you would like to upload instead of having to manually enter.
This could be from another system such as:
Here is a quick run through of how to do this using a spreadsheet. 1. This is your list of Certificate Holders before you upload more: 2. This is the Excel Spreadsheet you are uploading
3. From the Certificate Center select "Import" from the drop down menu
4. Select the Person or Company to whose account you want to upload the Certificate Holders

5. Start the Import Wizard
6. Assuming you have already downloaded our template, select the file to upload. Notice there is no specific naming convention. We recommend you name each one so you will know what was in the file when you view your upload log at a later date.
7. You will get a confirmation of upload success:
8. A permanent log of the event is created:
