Convert PDF Forms

I found out about this product last week. I tried the free trail and then bought it immediately.

Here is how it works. When you install it, it becomes a plug in with your Acrobat and MS Word programs. I opened Word and clicked on the icon that said “Open PDF”. I selected the pdf to open and the Solid Converterprogram asked how I wanted the file converted – there are several options – and in less than 10 seconds I had a Word document in that format.

Now I need to tell you that if you convert the ACORD form PDF‘s into Word, they will be seen as an image. You can select some of the options to convert them as text only, but you will not get the graphic outline of the form.

Change the PDF to a completely editable Word document

I am using this mostly to convert Request for Proposals to Word for using in responding to the request. That seems to be the best use. When you convert the text from a pdf to Word, you end up with a totally editable document. You can also convert the Word Document back to a PDF.

Give it a try, I think you’ll find it as useful as I have found it.
