You select the line of business you need an application for, then you select the state. The Cap-Dat ACORD KnowledgeBase gives you a list of the required forms and the optional forms for that specific risk. and it is integrated with the Combine Forms function to make it simple for you to start work immediately.
Combine Forms
Now you can COMBINE any - and as many - of the ACORD forms into a SINGLE form. This has two enormous benefits....
1. You can send one ACORD application to your underwriter instead of having to send several.
2. The common information you enter into one form is automatically sent through all other attached forms so you do not have to double enter information.

When you send an email using CapDat ACORD email program, the email is saved to the Email Log.
Email Log by default displays all emails sent within the last 30 days.
Emails older than 30 days can be found using our Search function.
You can view an email by clicking the row.
You can download attachments originally sent with the email.
Folders
Cap-Dat ACORD Forms lets you create folders for storing and organizing your forms, customers, and accounts.
On Form Instructions
Cap-Dat ACORD Forms Online come with a hyperlink "Instructions" button on over 400 of the ACORD forms. (The forms without the button are too simple and self explanatory to need instructions - i.e. insurance company name fields)
Scanned Signatures
Add scanned signatures to any Cap-Dat ACORD form - or other Cap-Dat form - that has a signature field.
You can do it yourself anytime at no additional charge.
You can add as many different producer signatures as you need.
Email, Print or Fax the ACORD Form with the scanned signature to anyone, anywhere.
